VANESSA BEUCHER (01)

Vanessa Beucher is a 36-year-old photographer, editor and translator who lives in the big mountain stronghold of La Grave, France. A passionate snowboarder, skier and telemarker, she strives to tell the stories of the fascinating individuals involved in mountain culture, whether in the Alps or far-off locations like Iceland, Georgia and Iran. You can see more of her work at www.vanessabeucher.com and on Instagram @vanessabeucher.

DILLON CROSILLA (02)

Thirty-year-old environmental scientist Dillon Crosilla currently lives in Montreal, but he’s often abroad pursuing various adventures. His drive to travel the world and penchant for observation led to an invitation to join the “Loose Change” film crew this winter as a journalist and photographer. He has a love for analog photography and when he is home he spends most of his time honing his skills in the darkroom. He is currently working on a photo essay to accompany the release of the Loose Change movie.

PASCAL SHIRLEY (03)

Hailing from Venice Beach, CA, Pascal Shirley received his MFA in photography at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco, and was honored as one of PDN’s 30 new and emerging photographers to watch in 2015. He has been commissioned by clients such as The North Face, Adidas and many others, and has been a part of various group exhibitions up and down the West Coast. You will often find him in Mammoth waiting for Chair 22 or 23 to open. He loves to go on road trips back home to Carbondale, CO and is always seeking out new hot springs with his pup Sailor. See more of his work at www.pascalshirley.com.

JOSI STEPHENS (04)

Josi Stephens is a Swiss Army knife—there’s something in there for most every situation. Flip her open and you’ll find a writer, an artist, a cowgirl, a dirt biker, a snowboarder, a big time lover and a moderately effective fighter. Josi works in the action sports art world as Asymbol Gallery’s community/social media manager. She hails from the Oregon coast and resides wherever her Casita trailer is parked—which as of now is in Jackson, WY, a land where the difference between life and death can be a Swiss Army knife.

CORINNE WEIDMANN (05)

A nomadic Swiss-born artist, Corinne Weidmann has spent the last few years living in Costa Rica, Canada and the United Kingdom, while producing board designs and artwork for Roxy Snowboarding, Quiksilver, Red Bull and others. “I’m inspired by the colors and shapes of pre-Columbian America, dark northern fairytales and the representations of animals in Japanese Shintoism,” Corinne says. “I have always been interested in foreign art, but in the last few years I’ve went back to my roots. I became very affected by the landscape of Switzerland itself and started to develop a keen interest in rock formations, glaciers, patterns and how everything is formed.” To see more of her work and/ or add a piece to your own wall, visit iunatinta.com and asymbol.co.
