Telluride is one of a handful of resorts in the Western Hemisphere where the town itself is at the base of the ski area. It’s extremely conducive to things like finding yourself drunk in a bar at 9 pm with your boots still on, then waking up the next day wondering which bar you left your board and/or credit card at.
