“In 2018, I joined the Ode to Muir trip in the Eastern Sierra, which was a trip of many firsts for Elena—splitboarding, winter camping, hiking lines—and it was amazing to see how fast she learned. Fast forward to this season and I joined the crew for an epic cycle in Tahoe. It was no surprise that Elena was ripping even harder. I can easily say she is already progressing women’s freeriding.
