CLOCKWISE FROM LEFT Mike Ravelson, during the same session as the moody, blurry shots (on pages 086-87), in Minneapo-lis, MN. Classic Ravelson style—something out of nothing, seeing spots where no one else would. He made a little inrun into these containers and jumped off them, basically riding on grass. Mike Ravelson jamming at home in Salt Lake City. When we were filming in Salt Lake we’d shoot all day, get food and then play music at night. Jake Kuzyk super-gluing Cole Navin’s elbow after he slammed on the triple-kink rail in Trondheim, Norway. It wouldn’t stop bleeding, so we had to do something. Super glue is the way to do it if you don’t want to go to the hospital to get stitches. Next time you split your shin open, just put super glue on there. It works.
