“Every season for as long as I can remember we would build a hip on this ridge at Cerro Catedral, Argentina. With the lake below and the Andes all around us, it would become a party on the deck in the sunshine. This was the first year the hip didn’t form with a steep enough landing, so instead we built a reentry quarter pipe slightly up the ridge. It worked out.
