Jeremy Jones finally finding some soft snow while finishing off his “Shangri-La” spine line above 21,000 feet in Nepal. It was very intense to watch and shoot. The descent took him 45 minutes and he had to be belayed into the start. I went back and forth a million times over what angle to shoot. Originally, I had more of a side profile, but made a last-second call to move and I’m so glad I did. I shot two cameras: one framed wide and one tight and this barbie-angle was the highest I have ever been in my life at 19,100 feet.
